Our Therapists

All of our therapists at Myocare are clinically-trained specialists, with training and certifications in Deep-Tissue modalities such as Neuromuscular Therapy, Medical Massage, Orthopedic Massage, Myofascial and/or Sports Massage.  All of these modalities are similar in technique and are designed to address chronic pain issues like those listed on our Benefits page.  Each therapist is able to draw on this training to integrate techniques, providing treatment that is customized to the individual.

Tom Loffredo

Tom Loffredo

Early in life I had an interest in the body as well as wholistic and complimentary therapies. Massage therapy and bodywork had always interested me. In 2001 I attended Southeastern School of Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy in Charlotte, NC and it has been one of my best choices ever!

Having a pull to work with structural and functional aspects of the body, I entered the KMI Structural Integration training program in 2012 in Atlanta, GA. To continue my understanding of the human body and to further help those experiencing pain or somatic dysfunction, I went on to study CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute in 2014 and continue on in my studies.

I enjoy helping people resolve issues of pain, injury, trauma and structural imbalances. I specialize in KMI Structural Integration, CranioSacral Therapy, and Neuromuscular Therapy.

Certifications

  • KMI Structural Integration

Debbie Garner

Debbie Garner

With nearly 20 years experience as a fitness & yoga instructor and certified personal trainer, Debbie knows what’s involved in health & fitness. As an avid yogi, hiker, kayaker, paddle-boarder, road cyclist, mountain biker, motorcycle enthusiast, strength trainer, and casual runner, she also knows how these activities can affect your body. Structural imbalances and repetitive sports movements caused pain for her, and led her to seek relief through massage and bodywork. Thrilled with the result, she developed a passion for body awareness.

A thirst for knowledge around holistic wellness inspired her to study with the renowned Body Therapy Institute to become a licensed massage therapist, and later she trained to receive certification in Medical Massage. As her education in myofascial meridians increased, the connection between sports-related pain and structural imbalances became even more apparent. And integrating her background as a yoga instructor revealed Debbie’s specialty in breathwork. Exciting stuff!

As co-owner of Myocare, Debbie’s passion is helping others find relief from pain, and enhanced performance in daily activities – from chasing kids to walking dogs to running marathons. Everyone deserves to feel good!

Emillia Miller

Hello! My name is Emillia Miller. I am new to massage therapy and just moved to the area after getting married. Previously I had the opportunity to work at a facility called Advanced Muscle therapy in Fernandina Beach Florida. In my work place there were two other therapists, a physical therapist, a personal trainer and two additional therapist who specialized in ART (Active Release Technique). I learned a lot just from working along side people who have had many years, or decades of experience with different injuries, surgeries, and ages. With being in that environment I was able to help people to better their lives and better manage their chronic pain.

I love the outdoors as well as my cat, and I enjoy many hobbies such as art, music, dance, and the gym. I look forward to meeting anyone that I cross paths with.

Certifications

  • Structural Bodywork
